Innovation, adaptability, and VUCA problems
As society changes, so do the needs of your customers. Many industries constantly face VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) problems, and are at times ill-prepared for these types of dilemmas. I assist in finding solutions to these issues while also offering tools that enable companies to avoid and be better prepared for such eventualities.
New product development and scaling
Creativity is one of the scarcest skills. Organizations frequently struggle to find creative solutions to problems, like new product/service development and related logistics. Since 2008 I have taught and mentored over 200 creatives with many of them today working locally and internationally at advertising agencies, in broadcasting, as product and software developers, and even as researchers. Because I understand the intricacies of business, my solutions are not only creative but also realistic.
Graphic and UX design
You would be forgiven for thinking that graphic and UX (user experience) design are bells and whistles to make something look good. Many designers also believe this and there are many ad and design agencies that win numerous awards for creating breathtaking designs. The question however is if these campaigns and designs are really successful in the long run, or do they only create a momentary spike on social media? I only design after thoroughly researching your intended target audience. The idea is to design with an eye on sustainability, but that can only be achieved through an in-depth understanding of the intended target audience.
